The first time I’ve been here and it was great. I had been with an endocrinologist for about 10 years before he went out of practice and was really nervous about venturing out. They made the experience comfortable and explained everything I needed to know about being able to do all of my medical needs with them. I don’t remember the doctor’s name but she was very nice and attentive. She asked me a lot of questions and listened to all my answers. After a few visits I’m sure to remember her name and look forward to working with her on my health.

She is always the best! She never rushes you and she always has time to sit with you and discuss any concerns . She actually cares on how you are doing! I've never had an issue getting an appointment!

Dr. Dayco was the doctor that I'd been looking for for so long. I have been his patient for 5 years. He listens to my concerns, addresses my questions and generally cares. He remembers things we've talked about at prior appointments and keeps up with what's going on with me. He also has a kind and competent staff that are always a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Dr. Dayco to anyone.

She always listens to my concerns when any other doctor just put me off and she helped me diagnose my lupus. She kept fighting for me even though the insurance company didn’t want to. I thank God for her to this day. my whole family loves her so much. She’s what every Dr should try to be like.

Doctor N. Dayco Is an amazing individual in my 63 years of life I’ve never had a doctor that has paid more attention to my medical needs sincerely listens to my issues with compassion with professionalism and with the upmost respect. Due to Dr. Dayco being the individual that he is I continue to keep him as my primary care physician even though I’m currently living in California whenever a medical need arises I drive back to Las Vegas to have Dr. Dayco attend to my medical needs he is a tremendous individual I’m comfortable with can speak freely and he always has attentive ear. But even though Dr. Dayco is the tremendous individual that he is I have to give a shout out to the entire Jurani Clinic staff because they are all amazing and make it a pleasure to visit the Jurani Clinic. Dr. N. Dayco is an excellent doctor!!! He is on top of my health. He explains in detail if switching meds. And always checks if labs,pap,mamo is about due. I will not go to anyone else. I am happy to have him as my primary doctor :) And I have referred other people to him as well !!

I have got an appointment the same day and the waiting time was reasonable. The PA was very concerned about my health and her diagnosis and recommendations were very precise.

I have a blood test two days ago and this doctor just explain to me what was abnormal on my blood test result. And he explain it well and patiently advice me to take my medication regularly regarding this matter. He explain every case scenario that could cause my case.

Perry Dayco, APRN is very friendly and accommodating fellow. The front desk was having trouble with accessing my Medicare records for 2024 but he decided to see me anyway. He asked all the pertinent questions regarding my overall health and see to it that all necessary tests are being followed up. The staff is friendly and helpful.
